Valentine’s Day at Manor House was a celebration filled with warmth, togetherness and the little moments that make a home feel truly special. With the home dressed for the occasion, residents and staff enjoyed a day of sweet treats, themed delights, music, laughter, and plenty of heartfelt smiles.
One of the highlights was a beautifully prepared heart-shaped tart, a perfect centrepiece for the day and a delicious reminder that celebrating love can be as simple as sharing something lovely together. The atmosphere throughout the home was light and joyful, with residents enjoying the chance to chat, listen to music, and take part in the day’s celebrations in their own way.
Alongside the fun, there was also a gentle moment of reflection as we took time to remember loved ones who are no longer with us, cherished, missed, and always held close in our hearts. It was a thoughtful reminder of the many forms love can take, from friendship and kindness to remembrance and gratitude.
At Manor House, love isn’t just for one day, it’s something we share every single day.
